Practical information

Reception

The house is at your service around the clock. Our reception is open without interruption. Our team welcomes you with care, guides you through Bordeaux, and ensures the smooth running of your stay from arrival to departure.

Arrival

Rooms are available from 2:00 PM. Should you arrive earlier, we are happy to store your luggage. Upon arrival, we will hand you your key card and personally accompany you to your room to walk you through its amenities.

Departure

Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 AM. We kindly ask that you inform us of your departure time the evening before. A late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability and an additional charge. Beyond 5:00 PM, a full night will be billed.

Le Jardin — Breakfast

Each morning, the house sets its table on the ground floor, in a salon opening onto the garden. A breakfast composed with care: the finest local artisans, the most generous expressions of the French terroir, simple and honest flavours at 28€ per person.

For mornings when one does not leave the room, a personalised basket can be prepared on request. Simply complete the form on your desk and hang it on your door handle the evening before.

Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM.

The Bar

As the day fades, the salon transforms. The wines of the region, a selection of fine spirits and a concise, personal cocktail menu compose an offering that is sincere, much like the house itself.
It is also a living space. The house regularly hosts intimate concerts and art exhibitions — occasions to discover Bordeaux differently, within these very walls.

The Bar is open and accessible from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
